Mission statement

Devon Opera delivers fully staged, costumed productions on an intimate studio scale at exclusive venues around the County. Productions are sung in the original language with surtitles and are accompanied by a small instrumental ensemble.

We and our predecessors have been providing opera lovers with live professional events since 2005. We aim to attract opera newbies as well as opera enthusiasts to experience the pleasure of fine singing and acting, and sensational music, often in some of the most magical settings in Devon.
